Staff Scientist with Biophysical Facility Manager role in the Center for Protein Design
We seek an experienced biophysicist and team player to help establish, run, and manage the biophysical facilities outlined above, and to lead on training PhD and post-doctoral researchers in the CPD and its collaborations. There will be considerable freedom and opportunities for the appointee to contribute to and help develop research projects.
Fully funded PhD fellowships in computational and experimental de novo protein design
The NNF Center for Protein Design (CPD) and the University of Copenhagen (UCPH) seek applications from highly motivated and talented students interested in pursuing PhDs in de novo protein design. Primarily, we are looking for students with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the biological, chemical, computational or physical sciences.

Post-doctoral Researchers
Our first call for CPD post-docs will be in November 2025 with interviews likely to be held in December/January. Start dates will be flexible, but we are keen for new recruits to start as soon as possible in early 2026.
Research-support staff
Early in 2026, the CPD will be advertising several positions for laboratory technicians and senior researcher support staff to work closely with CPD researchers in the areas of IT, software engineering, biophysics, and structural biology.
